I like to think of Mountain West Dental as the smile keepers. I start smiling the second I walk in greeted by the friendly office staff. Then I'm warmly greeted by Theresa who keeps me smiling and laughing during my complete examination and cleaning. I'm always encouraged to keep up the good work with helpful tips so I can keep my smile. Then Dr. Erickson thoroughly examines my teeth and gets right to the root of the problem and fixes it. When I leave, I'm all smiles because my mouth feels so clean and know I've just received the best dental care in Gillette.
I visited Mountain West Dental for a new patient exam and full cleaning. I have had a rocky dental history and I felt completely safe during my entire visit. Dr. Erickson and his dental assistant Chanel took their time through the exam and was pleased to explain the questions I had. Teressa Wood was my hygienist and gave me the best deep cleaning I have ever had. She even had a heated pillow! I was mortified to hear she found BLACK build up underneath a section of my gums as I NEVER miss any scheduled cleanings with my prior dental institutions and have been more proactive than a normal 25 year old due to my dental history. She even called me the next day to see how my gums were feeling!
To say I am extremely impressed by the services I received would be an understatement. I would definitely recommend Mountain West Dental!
Great staff. Keen to share their knowledge and make us understand what the procedures are and what we can expect. My wife loved it too.
Wife went is for an emergency abscess tooth, had a prescription and setup an appointment with an oral surgeon to have the tooth extracted. Prescription wasn't called in, before their 3 day weekend. I had taken off work to accompany her after surgery, the place recommended for the extraction doesn't even do tooth extractions. It seems like a money grab for our insurance, we will not be returning.
Dental work is by far my least favorite thing in life, but completely bearable with Dr.Erickson and his wonderful staff. They calmed my nerves and made sure I was comfortable at all times! They are so great at taking care of each individual patient, understanding that none is the same! I wouldn't go anywhere else after having been to Mountain West Dental!
