Went there for 5 months for my shoulder they kept telling me it was nerve damage in my neck and there was nothing else they could do for me went and got a 2nd opinion at thunder basin orthopedics and they fixed it wouldn't recommend powder river orthopedics to anyoneb
This place is a total joke...highly recommend going elsewhere
If I was only rating this experience or this Dr it would have easily been 5 stars, but a past experience here was less than stellar, and we're rating the business as a whole here. This time was about the best experience one could have for this type of situation- Dr Israelson was fantastic, both with performance and bedside manner. He was the surgeon the ER called in to work on my hand, and using the hospital here in the past, let's just say I wasn't expecting the best outcome. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hospital was excellent, as was Dr Israelson and the rest of the staff at PROS. I went from a bad impression to recommending these folks completely due to this experience.
Dr. Israelsen was fantastic. My shoulder surgery went very smoothly and I can finally move my arm again without any pain. I'm so grateful to the doctors and staff for such great service and care.
Bonus: Dr. Israelsen is pretty easy on the eyes.
Dr. Israelsen and Nurse Amy were great. Fantastic job on my shoulder. The front staff are rude and unprofessional in person and on the phone. Recommend the Doctor and RN but not the office staff.
