They do not follow thru with their promises. To be able to get a certain birth control you have to go in when you are on your cycle. I asked Shelley what happens if I cant get in at that time? She said oh they will make sure to get me in. So when my cycle came I called and asked if there was anything in the next seven days and she told me sorry nope we have nothing. I explained what Shelley had told me about making sure I got in and still nothing was available. I had scheduled an appointment for pellet therapy insertion for March. They called me to reschedule because the doctor would not be there and they did not have anything available until over a month later. I have to drive four hours to see her and I can not get off work but only on Friday's. They would not work with me at all. So my pellets ran out and I will not be able to get birth control for another month AFTER my scheduled pellet placement. Very difficult to work with.
