The employees are nice and friendly but do absolutely nothing for a tv that has been broke for over 2months and yet im still made to pay for it

I took a day out of work cause they were goanna come fix my couches i called to see what time only to find out the lady never put me down on the schedule so I lost money I could of made. Never even apologized. And said they could come the next day like really miss another day of work. All of a sudden there all booked never coming here again just want to pay off what I owe and go somewhere else !!!
Seriously this store could get some summer hours.
