Choice and selection of homes was excellent. We were able to pick and choose options from one home and add to another. After the sales service is great and we still get contacted by the employees to make sure the product is performing to specification.

Thunder Basin had the best line of homes for our money and we were able to get most of the things we wanted in one model. There were a couple items that we wanted from a different manufacturer and they made that happen as well. Best part of the process was the fact that they put together the home and land so we didn't need a separate loan for the land. Good service and we are happy !!!!
After sale customer service is horrible. Employees pass the buck. Contractors are inept and work has to continuously be redone. I do not recommend buying a home from Thunder Basin Homes.
