As a newbie to Pilates I was unsure what to expect but after my first session at Ignite I was hooked. Teran took me through the steps at a pace that was comfortable for me and my fitness level. I look forward to every session and I am doing multiple sessions a day when the opportunity arises. Pilates with the help of Teran at Ignite has made a positive change in my world. The workouts are are fun but challenging, I would recommend Ignite to anyone looking to get started in Pilates!

She does a great job with them, as most of them have never worked out before or worked out very little before their weight loss.
My experience here is always enjoyable. Teran is very knowledgeable in both TRX and Pilates. I always leave the Ignite studio happy and energized. Teran educates me and keeps me motivated. I enjoy the support and motivation from Teran and others I have meet at Ignite.

This place sucks & as to your parking lot after hours! Kiss my ass Lady! Next time you open a business pick a location with an actual parking lot. Don't tell me to move when you don't have a single customer!
I love Ignite Pilates. Teran is an amazing instructor and makes the classes fun as well. I was experiencing a lot of back pain and out of shape as well. Back pain is gone and I feel better than I have for a long time and losing inches as well!! Well worth the investment!
