Just had a Wellness Exam done by Dr. Roberts. The office staff was super friendly right off the bat, the nurse doing the initial exam was chatty and had great conversation skills to make someone comfortable, and Roberts is very down-to-earth yet does his business well. They made sure to hook me up with insurance perks I didn't know about and gave me every support they could. It's obvious these people care about their clients.
When I need to get in there, I'm always seen by the doctor. There is never any wait and I really like that about Frontier Family Medicine.
This place was negligent in the care of my mom. They did my moms pre-op for surgery in Casper. It could have costed her her life.instead she was unable to have surgery 8-2-16. And had to return back to Gillette to try to get fixed what they should've done in the first place.i wouldn't trust them with the care of my cat. The receptionist are all lousy and rude.if you don't like your job then quit! Do not trust these, because of them my mom suffers even longer. I wish I could rate this place a zero. Do not trust this place.i don't even know how there able to be in business. What a bunch of quakes!
I also wish I could rate this place a zero. They couldnt find out why my husband was having heart pain and just said things to sound like they knew what they were talking about. We had several tests done and they never once called us to tell us the results I had to call them. When I did they lied to me and said they just got the results in, (No they had them for 3 weeks, I called radiology to see when they sent the results to the doctor and it was in fact 3 week prior.) Horrible service. We will never be going there again.
Dr. Roberts has given me great care so far and I am very comfortable during my office visits.
