Don't get me wrong, Nancy Morgan and her office assistants have been helpful through this nightmare, but some of it could have been prevented if I was told what was changed from my policy in South Dakota to Wyoming. I was never informed that I wouldn't be covered on the things that I was covered on in South Dakota but would keep the "same" policy. That being said, State Farm as a whole is a nightmare! Was told one thing by one person then something totally different by the next. Had a hail storm and my deductibles doubled and premiums stayed the same. They don't want to pay for what one of their "sponsored" shops say; the damages are just what the claim agent says, their salvage values are through the roof. I have called 9 different salvage yards in 3 different states and still theirs is $3900 higher then the ones I could get. Been nothing of a headache and run around the hole damn time. I would HIGHLY recommend switching or not becoming a part of this insurance company so you don't have to go throw this horrible, stressful headache.
