A super gr8 place to read a super huge book while you wait a super long time. Reading is goood =D
People who complain about the wait need to move to a different state! In Virginia, it took at least 4hrs, if not longer, to be called up.
Not that bad for a dmv and the people are actually nice! I've lived in huge cities so the wait isnt that bad!
