Very disappointing. We rescheduled our pick up time for our dog's ashes and the employee forgot---took several phone calls to make contact with her. Their site boasts a temporare urn. His ashes came to us wrapped in very thin tissue paper and placed in a plain brown flimsy oardboard box, making them susceptible to moisture damage and almost impossible to transfer to a decent container without loss of parts. For 240.00, I certainly would have expected a little more professionalism. Will not use them again.
