His level of attention to detail, previous history in construction gave him an edge over any realtor I have ever worked with. He answered all of our questions and even pointed out things we wouldn't have normally thought of. He was focused on helping us buy a home rather than trying to sell us a home. I can't even count how many my wife made me look at.
