I was going through Gillette and a fork seal blew on my Honda 1000rr and I stopped at this Honda dealer for new seals. They said it would be a couple days and I dropped the bike off and went to stay with a friend. Over a week later they still didn't have it done. They finally finished it after about a week and a half (missed Stugis thanks to their slow service) and on my way back home, the seals were already leaking again. Called and told them the problem and they offered no solution. They also damaged the top of my forks and scratched them all to hell. Their total incompetence is disgusting.
Travelling through Gillette, WY on our 2012 GoldWing we experienced severe handling issues. The cycle tech, Chris, determined the Dunlop Elite III rear tire with 8,100 miles on it was prematurely worn, decimated actually, and required replacement.
This place is trash they don't let you sit on bikes or quads before u buy I will go somewhere else in a different state if I have to these people suck and the quality sucks and the old person in the back should retire
The charge for the tire and installation was $315 and we were in and out in about an hour. Thanks guys!
Jake, the general manager, did not have a direct a Dunlop Elite III in stock but located a an appropriately sized Metzler ME888 at a nearby dealer and went to pick it up.
