Went in to have oil change and snow tires put on, talked with the service advisor about how I’d like for the rear tires to be moved forward to the the front and to put snow tires on the back... sounds simple enough. Got the call, went and picked up car got back to work and saw that the front tires were still the same as when I dropped it off. Called to ask if they had done as I asked and the service advisor played stupid, saying that’s not what I said this morning. $130.00 down the road and still have to pay someone else to have the stupidity corrected.
Great service. Sales person didn't pressure me into anything and didn't beat around the bush about what I could and couldn't get financed. Service is very nice as well. They did a good job fixing any little issue I had.
I took my truck in for an oil change to our local Ford dealership in Gillette, WY because of their staff. I had such a great experience with Ford and their service lady Jennifer; when I took my work car in earlier this year, I had to go back. I called Jennifer in the service department and she was very friendly and got my truck on the schedule! I will continue to call Jenifer when my vehicles are in need of service ! I also want to note that both times I have been there, the mechanics have returned my car in its same condition, nice and clean (no stinky oil drips or dirty shoe marks), and my vehicle ready for the next 3,000 miles ! THANK YOU!
I had repairs done on my daughter's Ford Escape. Jenifer, in the service department is awesome to work with. The issues were diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and the repairs done promptly. This was a great experience and will difinitely return.
