Tom with Cowboy Up made a bad experience into a positive one. I was traveling in the area from Wisconsin on a hunting trip. Late Saturday afternoon I began having an issue with my left front wheel. I called Cowboy Up at 4:53pm knowing they were set to close in less than 10 minutes. I expected to get a time scheduled to bring my truck to be looked at and miss a couple days of hunting minimum. Tom told me to get it over to him to look at. Not only did they immediately diagnose a bad wheel bearing, they had the repairs completed and me back on the road hunting by the next morning at 9am.
