Honest, Fast, Reasonable Price. What an Excellent Shop! Redrock helped our crew in a pinch, towed our medium duty on time as promised to their shop where they stayed until 10pm the same day repairing it for us so we could get back to work the very next day. And they did all of this happily without us even asking for them to stay late. Thanks Redrock for the honesty and extremely fast tow and repair. Yeah!
We broke down about 5 miles out of Broudus Montana and the closest shop that could work on our car happens to be placed by the nearest towing company, Redrock Towing, about 80 or 90 Miles away. We knew it would take awhile for someone to get out to us, but he did great on being as timely as possible, called to confirm that he knew where we were (especially since most of that way has no service) , he was careful with the car, he was nice and funny and offered to help with anything we needed if we needed. He engaged both my finance and myself in conversion to make the ride faster. Thanks for the best towing experience.
Redrock was courteous, communicative, attentive, and quick to solve our problems. Their pricing was more than reasonable, too! It was even a holiday weekend. Without their attentiveness we'd have been stranded for a days instead of hours!
We do thank our God Redrock Towing was on call when we broke down where we did, 25 miles east of Gillette, at midnight. The driver was quick, attentive, and courteous. He took us to a hotel in Gillette. Early the next morning Redrock called to tell us they were on the case, wasting no time searching and finding the specialized size and type tires we needed, traveling 2 more hours each way to get them and get us back on the road to salvage our trip to our grandkids! The tire shop they had to go to to find the tires was 2 hours away and closed at noon.
This crew went above and beyond for me! I was broke down on Sunday with horses. They towed my pickup, Mike (owner) hooked on to my trailer and got us to safety off of the interstate. Then helped us get home!! Amazing crew, friendly people, quick to respond and professional! They got my pickup back up and running! Thank you Red Rock!
We broke down in Gillette on our Can Am Spyder and they towed us 97 miles to Spearfish where a dealership was. Mike and Mike were courteous, quick, and very professional. We would highly recommend this company.
