Ordered flowers ,great service
Ordered a simple bouquet of flowers for my little sister online. Needless to say I was contacted more than 3 times that day, my debit card was charged twiced,the owner argued with me with NO empathy shown what so ever about their error. So I had to go through the bank to solve it. This business is very backwards, especially for a flower shop. It also was not worth the money for the quality of flowers.

I get to the register and notice that the original card said "From Jerry and Jeff" instead of "Jimmy and Jess."
With the terrible customer service I left with no flowers but an attempted delivery fee. Had to go through the cc company to resolve :)
Horrible experience. Online price for prom corsage and bout was cheaper than in store and they didn't want to honor it. Old man was rotten and miserable to deal with. They made a generic rendition of what I ordered, so I went shopping to make my own as they were refusing to serve me without being hostile. The wife then was kind enough to try and smooth over the situation thankfully, and I did get the flowers just in time. However, spare yourself and take your business elsewhere for sure.
I agree with the previous post by Jillian. Placed order by phone. Wasn't delivered after 2 days of when it was suppose to be. Went down to the store to pick up the flowers and deliver them myself and noticed the $50 bouquet was a measly 2''x4''x2'' vase with no more than 6 daisies! I said that I would pick out a different bouquet from the fridge. The owner was very rude and made it obvious I was wasting her time when I wasn't even working with her! I was working with a nice employee while the owner was in the background complaining!
They attempted to deliver the original bouquet once in 2 days. I drove from Buffalo to pick up the flowers myself and deliver them after they were never delivered. The owner still charged me for delivery even though nothing got delivered! When questioned, the owner said that they "attempted delivery" and had to still charge the full amount.
