I wish I could rate this a zero. My boyfriend ordered roses to be delivered on Valentine's day, they were a day late and were dying by the next day. I took them.back to have them replaced and they were supposed to deliver the new ones the following Tuesday, which did not happen. They were two days late. I wouldn't get flowers here if they were free.
I too ordered long distance (from Chicago) and the woman I spoke with was cheerful, polite and professional. My mother received her beautiful, affordable, flowers within hours and I highly recommend Gillette Floral and Gift Shop!
