he was so really no excuse for the cut, can I get my money back to take him somewhere else to fix his hair and to actually blend his hair??
I really can't emphasize how mad I am, I didn't get the lady's name who cut my sons hair but she did a TERRIBLE TERRBILE TERRBILE job, I could have done what she did and I'm not a "professional" first of all she cut my sons neck for one! I told her a low taper there is absoulotely NO BLEND!!!!!! It looks terrible and I told her SPECIFICALLY DO NOT TOUCH THE TOP! I didn't want ANYTHING done to the top because he's letting his hair grow out and she f&)@%ing cut it!!! Like are you serious? I just told you!!! How dare you to take it upon yourself to do that after I told you, like why did I even still pay you for????? Don't know her name but she should know who she is, oh and btw my son never minds hair cuts he sits still through them nice and still she even complimented how still
Do not go here! I go to the great clips in Rapid City often and have never had a bad experience but not all Great Clips are the same. My stylist was rude, made snide comments to me and her fellow stylists, and interrupted my haircut at least four times so it's no surprise my hair is uneven. I should have listened to the other reviews. And she as trying not to take a break which I overheard so I suspect that she's similar to that server in the server world that is table greeedy and tries to do as many haircuts as possible and rushes through haircuts so she can make more money. It's too bad bcuz I'm sure there are good stylist here but she ruined it for me :( Good thing I have long hair so I'll just let it grow out and let an actual professional fix it.
I always went here to the same person. Asked for her, tipped her. Then one day she decided that the phone system was more important than me getting my haircut and made me sit for 45 minutes I was the only one waiting on her she should have cut my hair first then tended to the phone I tipped her a lousy tip and the next time I asked for someone else because she wasn't there this lady barely cut any of my hair off it did not look much different after I left, I guess I'm just going to find a different place.
I would highly recommend not going here. Everytime I go or one of my family members go, there hair gets badly cut and I got a few bald spots now.
Signed up on the app. Walked in 45 min later as the app said and I got right in. The waiting room was full but I went ahead of all of them. This place is busy for a reason. Great prices, friendly service, No waiting with checking in on the app. get the app.
