What a terrible place if you get a Haircut from Sabrina run please run. She cut my hair so terrible went back and asked her to fix it and she was so rude. She felt like she did nothing wrong and denied me a refund.
Randy does not listen to what you ask for , and doesn't style the hair at the end. Hair turned out canary yellow and very flat and lifeless and when asked to tone again was told to come back. She did not cut correctly. It's just very disappointing when You ask for something very specific and she did what she wanted. She's very nice though. $120 and it wasn't even close to what was wanted. Pictures and formulas were shown and she didn't even use the formulas that were asked.
SABRINA is the worst sylist EVER!!! She charged me $150 to spend 30 minutes putting extensions in my hair that I had already purchased for $200. These were for my wedding coming up in a week, she put 80 extensions in my hair, which was way too many to begin with and they were put in poorly. She went too high up, all over the hairline to where I could not style or even put my hair up or even put behind my ear. I would wash my hair and it would stay soaking wet for 3 days. When contacting her about removing some and blending them better with my own hair, as they were not blended what so ever, she refused! I had to seek professional assistance by another stylist only to have them removed and re put back in because of the way they were put in. I than asked Sabrina for a refund in which she replied back unprofessional and rude and told me no! This is not a professional stylist and no customer should be treated with such disrespect!!!
The workers werror very good and new what they were doing, I'd definitely recommend them.
