Really nice rooms and the rooms have been updated. Fitness center is small but has treadmill, elliptical and weights. Pool is very clean and warm. Breakfast is great!
Extremely clean hotel! I was very impressed by how nice the lobby is. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and very nice. The room we got was very clean and very accomadating for my family of 4. We only stayed one night but I could easily spend a week comforts my here.
Location is good in Gillette WY, rooms are nice and highly recommended, and services are great and facilities are wonderful
Avoid the resteraunt!!! You will meet a foolish employee called "Sarah" how on earth a argumentative woman like this is employed by Holiday Inn Express is beyond Sanity! Sticks her nose in everybody's business!! I take her aside and ask her to go about her business and she argues about trying to do her job! You are an Employee not a Guest! Holiday Inn you are a 4 Star working under the guise of a 2 star Hotel, that is great, at what you do, at a super price! This woman should not engage in dealing with the public, perhaps she can be moved into Housekeeping, Sincerely Me!!!! Who happens to pay your Bills!!!!!!!
We have stayed on several dozen IHG hotels and this one is hands down the best hotel we have stayed in! Really clean, gorgeous decor, very nice staff and great facilities. My husband has has been a member for several years and is at the top of the tier and we get great service everywhere but this exceeded them all. We got a very nice upgrade to a large room. We are taking a 17 day cross country trip from Oregon to Michigan and back and this was the best hotel the entire trip. The kids lived it and the room we had was close to the laundry room which was very affordable and quick. Very quiet and comfortable rooms! Sad the pool and spa were closed but it was still hands down worth every penny! Thank you!
