I read some reviews about the place being terrible and the a/c not working. Fortunately I have had nothing but a good experience here. The a/c worked great, if not a little too well. The beds were comfy and the rooms very clean and nice. I didn't really see much of the staff other than the woman at the front desk, she seemed a little reserved and not super friendly, but nothing bad to say either. Overall a good experience.
Always love staying here. The rooms are great, almost all have balcony's overlooking the lobby where you can see pool area. Place has a steam room, spa, pool, and gym all included. Continental breakfast is just a bonus. Clean and cheap, best place I've stayed in town.
Sapporo Japanese Hibachi and Steakhouse is one of my favorites in Gillette. Great food and fantastic service. A little more costly than other dine in options, but nothing that will break the bank.
This place needs a major remodel to make it the great place it once was. The elevator was not working most of the time I was here. The cleaning staff could not keep up with the rooms. The stairs and hallways need new carpet. The only 2 good things the friendly front desk staff and the room was quiet.
Very nice hotel with an open floor plan, pool and hot tub all in the main lobby. The staff was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but needed some A/C repairs which is a very minor complaint. The breakfast included with the stay was amazing, a buffet with anything you could want.
