My wife and I have bought 2 houses from Pat Avery. We wouldn't use any other realtor!
Rental Pat was Indecisive one day we had a place the next day we didn't... the place that was available on lunar street had a family if 5 swing set in the back that I wouldn't want to use.. it was large water leak in the basement the fireplace didn't work although we thought we had the place we're pretty glad we didn't have the place the next day because of the issues if you base your rental decisions on what the current landlord says then go right to that.. we Pay our rent early and on time for 5 yrs and good clean people but current landlord didn't like us for some reason EVERYONE IN TOWN KNEW THEY WHERE SLUM LORDS and he didn't accept us for lies that could be proven so we didn't have a good experience here we did nothing wrong...
■■we've since found a great place 3bd 2 bath home that's clean and everything works with another real estate company had knowledge of the area and slum lords in this small town .. we're glad we didn't get that place..... uncomfortable experience
