Friendly staff, not happy with their snake selection, but all the other parts of the store are great
Love coming here. Staff is pretty friendly. They always have chameleons and ferrits. Cheap cat litter. Big selection of food. Got a cat tree here and a fella helped me get it into the car.

Beyond excellent customer service from Ali and Michele! Took the time to listen and help answer questions about a service dog for my husband who is a veteran. Will continue to shop there as long as we are here.
Always a friendly staff, usually have what I need. Puppy training session taking place which was blocking the area of the store I need to visit during my last trip, so I did not get what I needed on that trip. Wish obedience training was help away from the shopping aisles.
