needed some simple engine work done. easy work and easy money. they actually laughed at me over the phone and told me to call a competitor. since when do redneck mechanics turn down easy money? stuck in the land that time forgot about until I get my wheels fixed.
Took my vehicle in for balance tires, rotation, and alignment. Customer service was excellent. The vehicle was fixed on time and within the budget that was quoted. I will definitely take my vehicle in to Franks Again.
Took my car in for alignment. they called me up saying they couldn't for 2 reasons. ... one of the reasons was valid.. so i went to go pick it up and try to fix the problem. i was really needing the alignment for a trip i was taking to denver. and i spent 12 hours working the car to get it ready for the alignment... anyways i think what bothered me the most was that i had gone to Franks alignment & auto repair maybe 7 months earlier, and i had this same situation happen, they said they couldn't align my car cause of the pitman arm....its just one thing after another.. I think the most unprofessional thing they did, was when i was about to pick up the car from the shop, the guy threw the keys on the table, even though i had my hand extended out to him to have him place the keys in my hand.. then he says "that next time you bring the car in for an alignment.. make sure you have all things fixed on the car, cause your wasting our time." .. you can be sure that ll be the last time i go there... the next day i took it to TIRE RAMA.. and in 1 hour they aligned my car with no problems... Thanks Franks Alignment! for helping me find a real Auto Repair shop!
Took my grandsons car in and not only did they do an excellent job....but quickly too. I would highly recommend them.
Took my truck in for an alighnment and Darrel was the rudest individual I've met in Gillette, Wy. so far. I was asking some simple questions about some future repairs(repair quote) and he was rude and refused to give me one. As he put it "unless you are going to give some money right now, so I can fix it right now we are done and you may take your truck" Wow!!!! Although, I did not respond to his hatefulness and took my keys politely and told him "I hope he has a nice sir and God Bless you sir". I just hope he finds some peace in his life.
