I've had great service and bad service here, same applies to the food. The great times make up for those not so great times. It really is one of the best places to eat in town. The prices are good especially compared to other places in town. This place is great on a date or just with friends and family. Come here if you live in town, it's worth your time.
Food was decent. Servers should spend a LOT less time chatting to their friends and more time with customers. At least to take their orders.
Good service is hit and miss as well as the quality of food. Just last night we ordered takeout and when we got home to eat the food was all burnt and portions were tiny.
The waitress was at our table maybe 2 times and the food was horrible. Seemed like it sat under a heat lamp for quite a while. The person who sat us was cool.
We love Applebee's, but this is our first visit in Gillette Wyoming. We ordered an appetizer of mozzarella sticks. 2 of us found a hair on two different sticks. We asked they be taken away. They said a manager would come over, but never appeared. Sad experience.
