This is not carina anymore it's El authentic and it's very good like home made food
This would have been a one star review but at the last minute he almost apologized. His exact words were "I didn't charge for drinks", not an apology but it slightly helped.
The service was Stellar. Waiters was warm, attentive, and so kind. Food was also really well prepaired - cook came out to see how things were! Really enjoyed stopping here on our trip, definitely would recommend.

Great food cooked to perfection. Breakfast menu is our favorite. Pancakes are the best I have ever had.
WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT RETURN!
They were not busy at all! 3 tables including ours when we arrived was all. They have a salsa bar that had zero explanation by the waiter and it was hidden around the corner. None of the salsas were anything spectacular. We ordered our food, mine was pretty good but slightly over cooked. My wife's was cold. We asked for ketchup for the kids' fries and it never arrived. Needless to say the waiter was not good at all. We needed refills and when we asked he snipped and walked away. He seemed more attentive to the table behind us that ordered several buckets of beer. Just because we are a smaller check shouldn't mean we get poorer service.
My god how does this place have 5 stars?!?!?
