Excellent food and friendly staff. There $6 burger is one of the best I've had.

Like I said, maybe it was an off day. But so far I'm thoroughly unimpressed.
They were trying hard, bugging us constantly to take plates/give refills (I know it's a fine line between being vigilant and annoying...) that I sensed they were overcompensating for the slow service.
Good food but the music could be turned down. Wanted to visit, felt like you were yelling because music was to loud.
Though I can't vouch for any of my co-workers (nothing great/terrible was said), my meal was average at best. The pulled pork sandwich was really soggy, and must've been sitting a while because the bottom bun was so drenched it basically fell apart after only 3-4 bites. And for pulled pork, it looked more like that cheap off-brand tuna you had to eat in college - sort of a stale grey color and really finely shredded. The microwave fries that came with it were okay, but I bet the fried potatoes I actually ordered would have been better.....
Maybe I hit an off day.... Myself and 5 co-workers ate here for lunch and waited a LOOOOOOONG time before our order came, and even then it was only 4 entree's then another 3-5 minutes before the last two came out. Even though this was during lunch the place wasn't overly crowded, and it was only a group of six, not like we brought the whole office.
i went with 3 guys from work during lunch hour. it seemed to take awhile to get our order because it wasn't crowded at all. food was all in all pretty good. my carnitas baked ziti was tasty but swimming in grease. about 30 minutes after we ate a couple of us had bad stomach aches and explosive bowel movements. I'm hesitant about going back as it hurt our butts.
