By far worst customer relations. At&t has amazing service and has always worked for me, but this store has made me want to change companies for another company. A company with employees who know how to help their customers. Is that available anywhere?
Just got AT&T a couple months ago and previously had union wireless with an unlimited data plan. Union wireless game me 1.2 mbps and slower. I just used over two terabytes of data in less then a month and had speeds over 10.5 mbps on download and upload. If you want the best speed with unlimited data around wy AT&T is the best rout to go.
Found a lost phone that belongs to a AT&T customer. These people will not even help by looking up the IMEI #. Now I am willing to give them my number I'm not asking for them to give me any information and they refuse to help. Sorry at&t customer but they have horrible customer service when they won't even contact you to let you know your phone was found. They are really lettting there customers down. I'm sorry. I'm just trying to be honest and get your phone back to you. It was found out in Rozet at the park about June 2017 it would be a kids iphone basing that on the case
