Karl's service was amazing ... We decided on our appliances on a Tuesday and we had them delivered on Friday that same week ... We had a problem with a fitting on the dishwasher .. The manager and salesman came later that night with the right fitting part and we were up and running .. The delivery and installation techs did a fantastic job with what they had to work with !!! I agree with one of the reviews that website doesn't list the prices .. Kind of frustrating , but Karls back what they sell !!! Not too many stores can say that ... Buy a LG at one of the big box stores .. Will they have someone who can repair it with in a day or 2 probably not ... Karl's repairs what ever they sale !!! Would highly recommend !!! By the way we bought the Fridgidaire Professional series and just love them !!
Three months after I wrote a review under my husbands name I finally have my issue resolved. I did get my entire fridge replaced due to the back wall being cracked. But I felt like I had to do a lot of nagging to get to that point and from the time I first contacted them it has taken 6 months. Not exactly timely customer service.
Bad pricing and the website doesn't have any prices listed worst store set up I have seen yet
The sales lady was full of b.s. There was a scratch on the appliance we were looking at and they wouldn’t give us a discount of any kind.
Slow customer service to get my washer repaired. Maytag and the second time with the same problem in 4 years...ruins the myth about Maytag repairmen. Glad we got the extended warranty. Took it Tuesday, still don't have it Saturday. Will most likely look elsewhere to replace refrigerator and microwave in next few months.
