Had them install a new cell phone booster in one of our fleet vehicles, as well as a bluetooth handsfree system. Old booster and bluetooth system broke on a Friday, needed the truck back up and running by Monday, they got us in last minute on Saturday and completed the installation. Reasonable price, amazing service, everything works well and the installation is clean, no spaghetti wiring! Very good service.

This is my honest review after visiting the store multiple times throughout the year for my audio needs. (Pro/Con list below)
Con's:
Excellent service and they honor their warranties fully, with no hassle. Had a little trouble with my remote start fob and they fixed it immediately
- For experts in sound, they seem to give out the wrong parts a lot
First Off I'm mainly going to focus on my last couple trips to sound works. Now I get it store cannot compete with online sales and with the growth of Amazon Prime its getting harder and harder, that being said I'm all about supporting a local store and I am willing to dish out a little extra cash to have the item now and have the knowledge of that staff so I can get the correct part. That being said I needed some new parts for a Double Din. I entered the store and told the man working at the front what vehicle I owned and told him what parts I needed he then did some looking on his computer and quickly came back with the two components I needed. I then did a quick search and told him that I was price checking to see how well they had priced them compared to amazon (witch I could get in two days) he asked me how far off he was and I told him about $60 off of amazon, and said he would meet me in the middle... He then proceeded to give me $20 off my total. At this point I did not care I just wanted to get my new sound system done so I paid it ($20 off a $190 purchase) So I started working on my truck and around 445pm I found out they gave me the wrong hook up. So I called and told them I was coming in and asked if they could wait, which they did (I got there at 501pm) they replaced the part and got me the correct one. They next day (Saturday) I stopped in and asked for another part I needed and purchased it. I then started working on some other things that night and when I finally got to installing the part they had given me I again realized it was wrong... however it was late at night and no one was in the shop... They where closed the next day so i had to wait yet again to get the correct part...
Pro's:
- They corrected their multiple mistakes
- Check what you buy before you leave, although they say its the correct part I got the wrong one two times in a row.
