Terrible, terrible service!!! I have spent nearly 8000. with this store over the last two years! The newest Manager ignores customers. Chit chats on the phone to friends. I could not believe it!!!
We just paid our last payment on a new love seat and couch combo. Broke in the front in the middle. And since we paid it off the Gillette store won't give a loner. But if I was under contract I would have one. Where's the love for the people who pau things off? This policy prefers to keep the long contract holders appeased. But what can this company come up with for the ones who actually pay off their contracts. Not good repeat biusness. Other then this policy, rent-a-center provides sub par high priced fragile furniture.
What kind of people is Rent A Center putting in Charge!?!?!
Thankful, there was a women that helps us as much as she could. Not able to help lift the item into our truck but was very kind and patient.
