One of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever eaten at. The service is always really good as well. Hands down, 5 stars.
I have Mexican food regularly. First time and it was the best taco ever! My test is that when you bite into the taco there has to be seasoning drippings! These tacos passed the test. The chips are a little thick for my liking and the salsa needs more chunks of tomato and onion. It's a minor thing. Husband loved his chicken fajitas! We will be back!

I moved away from Gillette but, always loved Las Margaritas food. While traveling through my family and I made a point of stopping to enjoy some great Mexican food however, we were sad to discover the food quality has great declined. I had the spinach enchiladas and they were so salty they were almost inedible. I informed the waitress and she said she would go talk to the cook. She didn't return for quite sometime and finally offered to make a new one. At this point though my kids were done eating and I no longer had an appetite. My kids food was not as they remembered either. Very bummed.
