Went through drive through, window person singles at us thru window asking about a drink carrier, when he finally open the window I had to ask him why all meals were asked about sides but last one, he said I just put fries and cold slaw, I asked if I could have a different side with that one. He shut the window and walked away, then handing me drinks he handed me only 3 , I said I had 4, he then informed me one of the meals didn't come with one, shut the window and walked away. While questioning whether the bag he gave us was all our food, he came back to the window "what" I asked if this was all our food he says "Yep" closed window and walked away! Horrible customer service, over cooked food. This was the worst! I will NEVER go back!
I always get good service, great food even though it's junk food, and the staff is kind, professional, hard working, & courteous.
Very clean, kids loved the milkshakes.. love it and sometimes consider driving the 4 hours just to eat there.. wish there was one closer! !
This is also an A&W which is usually what I get but my girlfriend gets long John silvers when we go. The food takes a minuet but I've never gotten anything that wasn't fresh. The staff is really friendly and if you give them a little chuckle at the register they'll usually bring your food to your table. Like I said the food is really good and I've never had it tasting less than fresh.
This was the worst tasting crap I ever had. Not only the worst tasting, but not even the right order, or am I wrong but do chickens live in the ocean? If so I will need to order FISH next time to get chicken. The lady at the front had no clue od what she was doing, so they should have never put her on the Register until properly trained. I say this a Business Owner myself, and so I felt for the lady for the poor training of A&W/Long Johns Silver
